Andrea Armas began her insurance career as a Personal Lines Agent in 2003. In order to offer more services to her clients, Andrea later expanded her insurance knowledge to include Health Benefits for individuals and small employers. Andrea joined the Eureka office of NorthWest Insurance Agency in 2010 as a Personal Lines and Health Benefits Agent.
As a third-generation native of Humboldt County, Andrea is very familiar with the area and the needs of individuals as well as families in the local surrounding communities. Her goals include educating her clients so that they can make informed insurance decisions and making sure their specific insurance needs are being met.
Andrea is happy to give back to her community by serving as a Board Member for the McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Soroptimist International of Arcata. Andrea has also collaborated with Realtors, Loan Officers and Titles Companies to hold First Time Home Buyer workshops where she teaches perspective buyers how to understand homeowners insurance and what the relevance is in relation to their potential purchase.
Andrea prides herself on getting the job done quickly and efficiently while treating clients with the respect they deserve.
In her spare time, Andrea helps her husband with his lawn care business. Andrea loves spending time with her husband, extended family and friends. She also enjoys entertaining people in her home, cooking, gardening, traveling and playing with her beloved canine Bianca.
