Terry Fernsworth joined NorthWest Insurance Agency’s Santa Rosa branch in January 2008 as a Commercial Lines Producer. Prior to beginning his insurance career, he represented and implemented programs that helped real estate owners reduce their risks and exposures. These programs helped to ensure that tenants were in compliance with lease terms and that insurance was provided to protect the owners’ assets and liability exposure.
Terry is a California native who received a mathematics-economics degree from UCLA in 1990. He is involved with volunteer activities with the Boys and Girls club where he mentors youth by helping them develop a positive self-image, influence their community, maintain fitness and improve social skills. Terry also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and helps to construct homes for needy families. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing and traveling.
Terry’s philosophy and methodology in working with his clients is to listen to their needs, assist them to prioritize their risk strategy, and find the best insurance programs to meet their needs that fit within a mutually developed plan. He takes pride in helping others and doing business in an honest and straightforward fashion.
