Vincenza (Vinni) Fulton received her B.A. Degree from California State University Hayward in Speech Communication with a minor in Organizational Behavior. Prior to her insurance career, Vinni worked as Liaison to the Court for the U.S. District Court Trustee. Vinni relocated to Sonoma County in 1988, secured her Insurance Broker-Agent License, and in 1991 joined NorthWest Insurance Agency. Advancing through Customer Service, Sales, and Management positions with NorthWest, in 1998 Vinni obtained Certification as an Insurance Counselor.
Vinni was honored by The Society of CIC’s National Alliance in 2008 with the 10 Years of Excellence Award - awarded for sustaining the highest levels of professional competence and achievement in insurance, and she continues to update her skills and knowledge via Graduate Seminars and ongoing educational coursework. Vinni is active in several professional organizations: Global Insurance Professionals, Risk Management & Insurance Professionals, The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, and The National Association of Insurance Women. Vinni’s goal is to deliver exceptional service with unwavering professional integrity.
