Sheila Harden, a native of Chicago, was educated in Chicago and San Francisco and holds a degree in English Literature. She started her insurance career in 1982 representing Fireman’s Fund for group life and health. Licensed for property and casualty and life in 1985, she has been with NorthWest Insurance Agency since 1988. She has obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor certification, and is also an Accredited Customer Service Representative. Sheila specializes in personal property and casualty insurance, life and all other types of personal insurance. Her goal is to provide excellent service to her clients. Sheila’s passions are family and film arts. She is married to an independent filmmaker and they are working on restoring their 1914 bungalow located in Old Santa Rosa. Sheila’s love of travel has taken her and her husband to 25 countries. And to top it off, she is also a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul soup kitchen.
