Kathy Heglin joined NorthWest Insurance Agency in June 2005 as Commercial Lines Service Manager for our wholesale division. In January 2007 she became Commercial Lines Service Manager for our retail division.
Kathy started her insurance career in 1988 as a receptionist in a Santa Rosa agency. During the next 17 years she worked mainly as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at several different Sonoma County insurance agencies.
Kathy has earned two designations during her career, Associate in Underwriting 1994 and Certified Insurance Counselor in 2009.
Kathy’s many years of experience in the insurance industry have given her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers and with almost every type of insurance coverage. She understands the needs of our customers and the importance of matching each customer with the right Account Manager. She is a hands-on manager who stresses excellent customer service and she is dedicated to developing and maintaining a staff whose performance makes a difference.
