Mike Parr, a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He started a twenty-year business career at Oracle Corporation in various technical support and sales management roles in the California Bay Area and Boston, Massachusetts. Following Oracle, he became an Employee Benefits broker for a large agency in New England handling clients throughout the East Coast. In the fall of 2008, Mike and his family returned to California, where he joined NorthWest Insurance Agency. His focus is on business clients using his extensive industry knowledge of employee benefits in Health, Dental, Life and Disability products.
